Precision Electric takes pride in hiring and maintaining a highly skilled team of electricians to complete each of our projects accurately.  Our quality and level of service are paramount to our future growth and exceeding the expectations of our customers.  Our team consists of individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experience in the electrical field whose combined proficiencies assures our customers will have the best skilled technicians available to them.

In order to maintain this high level of skilled technicians, we encourage and provide on-going training opportunities for our employees.  We have partnered with Polk State Corporate logo-corporate-collegeCollege’s Advanced Manufacturing Institute and the Employ Florida Banner Center for Manufacturing for our training needs.  The training includes specific electrical, instrumentation and process control courses relevant to our field utilizing the latest technology and provides hands-on training within Polk State College’s new process training unit.

All of our employees attend both the MSHA/OSHA New Miner and the Florida Phosphate Producers (FPP) courses followed by annual refresher courses required for workers on many of the project sites we work at.  In addition, all employees go through confined space training with annual respiratory spirometer testing.

Our employees are Operator Qualified (OQ) certified for all tasks as required by our pipeline customers. These OQ task certifications are entered and tracked within Veriforce and Industrial Training Services.

We understand the importance of keeping a team of electricians who are trained on all of the latest technological advances within the field and are committed to providing them with the opportunity to advance their skills and training.
