Precision Electric of Lakeland Inc. has a long-standing commitment to maintain the highest standards for employee safety and health and the use of controlled substances or the excessive use of alcohol is contrary to these high standards.  The purpose of our drug and alcohol program is to prevent accidents that result from the use of controlled substances and the misuse of alcohol, thereby preventing fatalities, injuries, and property damage.  Our policy brings the company into compliance with federal law and has been reviewed, approved and is administered by National Compliance Management Service (NCMS), the largest provider of contractor monitoring services for the oil and gas industry.

Our program is based upon the guidelines set forth by the Research and Special Programs Administration, Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations; 49 CFR Part 199 and the Department of Transportation procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs, 49 CFR Part 40.
